„The Modern Pentathlon Department of the Central Sports and Youth Association (KSI SE) was the first among domestic sports clubs to establish an OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) training room, in order to meet the new requirements of the sport (with OCR replacing horse riding).
Following on-site assessments, an OCR training cage was constructed in one of the smaller rooms of our central base on Istvánmezei Street, with a floor area of approximately 48 square meters. Our athletes have been using this facility continuously for nearly two years.
Thanks to its custom design, the ‘mini OCR course’ makes use of nearly every square centimeter of the small room, providing excellent training opportunities for our athletes—especially during the rainy, cold autumn and winter seasons.
Due to the outstanding design and execution, this project has become a tremendous asset for our department, greatly supporting our athletes in preparing for both domestic and international competitions!”
